New Horizons Crisis Center is a non-profit organization that provides resources for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  This includes shelter services, emergency counseling and referrals to appropriate agencies; assisting families with problems of domestic violence which includes spouse abuse, child abuse, and sexual abuse; advocating for victims of sexual assault; providing community awareness programs which will sensitize the community to the problems and solutions of domestic violence and sexual assault; and working with law enforcement agencies, hospitals, and existing social service agencies in order to improve their knowledge of these issues, and the possibilities for the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault.
